Participation is over 12 months. You will receive either:
Two 8-week blocks of weekly individual therapy. You can attend the individual sessions face-to-face or online
Fortnightly group and two 8-week blocks of weekly individual therapy combined
Fortnightly group therapy only.
We will ask you to do some progress testing each month – this will take about 30 minutes each time.
We will also ask you to tell us what you think about the therapy. This will happen in four interviews - one at the beginning of the study, one in the middle, one at the end, and one three months after you finish therapy.
