Consider referring a patient if they have a suspected diagnosis of any of the following conditions:
Frontotemporal dementia (FTD)
Behavioural variant FTD (bvFTD)
Semantic dementia (SD / svPPA)
Progressive nonfluent aphasia (PNFA / nfvPPA)
Frontotemporal dementia with motor neuron disease (FTD-MND)
Corticobasal syndrome (CBS)
Progressive supranuclear palsy (PSP)
Alzheimer’s disease (AD)
Logopenic variant primary progressive aphasia (lvPPA; LPA)
Posterior cortical atrophy (PCA)

Send your referral via email (frontier@sydney.edu.au). Please include:
A summary of the patient’s medical history, presenting symptoms, and suspected diagnosis.
Copies of relevant investigations (genetic, blood tests, neuropsychological assessments).
Copies of relevant brain imaging (MRI, PET) along with radiology reports.
